Then your option is to

list memory to (lcFile)
lcPopups=strextract(filetostr(lcFile), lcSomethingFromFirstLineMentioningPopups, lcSameFromLineAfterPopups) 
alines(aPops, lcPopups)

and then parse array for popup names.
