That's where Christof's code comes in. It uses the ON READERROR to trap the bad date. It then copies the date to the clipboard and checks to see if it's 2/29/00. If it is, it changes it to 2/29/2000. It's not quite that simple. The code in his FPA article handles all kinds of little exceptions and different circumstances. I really think Y2KFox is the way to go. If you have a lot of 2.6 code it will save you many hours, paying for itself many times over, I'm sure.
