>>>I disagree. The camera was checking for heat being generated from INSIDE my house. No they did not fix my door (I was told I could file a civil suit and sue). As far as Colorado finally seeing the light, that's nice. I think that's like 14 states now? Soon I think California will just make it completely legal...which I think is a good idea - it would be nice to get the $ out of the hands of drug lords and killers.

>>We will have to agree to disagree. I don't think drugs are good, unless they are medicine, and I don't buy into the "medical" marijuana. That is merely a ruse. One of my son's closest friends just died TODAY from a heroin overdose. Zach tried to get him to stop using for the past year, but he wouldn't. He has now. Illegal drugs have no redeeming value.

>You have probably already done this but please tell Zach not to feel guilty about it. It's a common reaction after something like this happens -- damn, I should have done more. He did the best he could, and probably more than most. One thing I can tell you from personal experience and a lot of observation is that an addict is not going to stop unless he or she truly wants to.

Yeah Mike. I've told him, and I predicted his buddy would wind up killing himself. He was about 20 y/o and had already had to have heart surgery because of the heroin. Zach and my wife were both just bumbed out yesterday, and I'm sure they will be for some time yet. You are right about bottoming out. I guess he just got tangled in his own web.
