Nah - I had an adsl - over a copper (telephone) wire - up 400kbs down 12Mbs + telephone 85 EUR/month -

Since I have cable TV, I switched to digital tv + internet + phone all over the cable
All-in-one 68 eur/month, so a bit less

But upload = 1Mbs, down = 20Mbs. Mid march up 1.25 Mbs, down 30 Mbs

specs are here : http://telenet.be/1120/0/1/en/residential/shakes/shake-internet-digital-tv-telephony/diamondshake.html

But it's a coax cable - fiber under the ground I believe

They now have what they call Fibernet - down 100Mbs, up 5Mbs. The problem with that is that my built in Wireless is 54Mbs
