I solved the problem with the following three possibilitys:
1. Use a company table with only one record (flat) and then add it to the Dataenvironment of the Report. The fields will be propperly filled
2. Set an index to the custom table that makes the desired record the first. the report will use the first record.
3. If possible set a relation to the company table into the correct record.
Depending on your concrete application you have the choice....
I myselv prefer the first one ... I know ist not a very good Database design.
