I find it extremely hard to believe there are that many people who have a real need for pain management. This whole issue is being driven by dopers who just want an excuse to fire up a Texas Tornado!

Pain management is a real need. Pain management through cannabis is not. It is just an excuse to get pot legalized. First you get it legalized for "medicinal purposes", then everyone has a need for it, particularly those who have been smoking it anyway. It's all a scam.
