Regcure doesn't work with Vista 64 bits. Anything else you can recommend?

BTW, the malwarebytes detected 9 problems and cured them all. However, I'm afraid I still have problems. Say, MS Essentials are still running Download updates and they seems to stuck in the middle of the process.
