You are the one I remember who had surmounted the issues with TFS, or at least most of them. Sorry for blanking on your name this morning. There was some problem getting SCCTEXT to work right. It has been a while now and like I said I wasn't able to invest a lot of time into it.

>FWIW, we have VFP and TFS 2010 RC working like a charm for checking items in and out directly from VFP, in addition to doing automated builds. The only pain in the butt involves changes to the actual project and then having other team members update their project list. This usually results in an interactive merge session that needs to be navigated, which is not cool at all. Still, we don't make too many changes to the project so it's tolerated for now.

>>>I never used VFP VSS integration on any of my VFP stuff (never trusted it). I always used the VSS client to check-in/out and compare, and have been very comfortable with that. If I decide I like TFS I'll probably use the TFS Explorer to do the same thing with VFP projects, although keeping VSS is an option. All of my VFP work is done locally, so I don't have to worry about remote connectivity.
