Tamar, I don't really have a problem with MM if it is really for people who need that. The problem is there are way too many people jumping on the wagon, many times more than those who have had chemo. It has become a path to legalized pot. That has even been stated by many of the people growing the stuff.

Concerning alcohol, in moderation, it can have beneficial effects. When abused, it can be very destructive. I don't really have any way to quantify the degree of damage wroght by one over the other. I'll just say they have both done tons of damage, but possession of one is legal and the other is not.

Bottom line, I think it's a slippery slope. When you legalize pot, there is a logical next step. Well, crack is bad, but cocaine powder is not....
