The problems with COM is MAJOR. Furthermore, if it is not taken care of properly, the "position-VFP-as-a-second-tier-tool" MS marketing crap flys out the window. The insane thing is that it is us (VFP programmers) that they are preaching this so-called positioning strategy to, not the people that hire us.

It will take some time for this COM fix - if, in fact, they do it at all.
