Agreed. I think some of the things he does with prisoners has been overblown due to all the other things he does...however in his interviews he's even said that he does things to them to intentionally make the miserable, uncomfortable, and annoyed - which is what I think will backfire. I saw a 20/20 report not to long ago about how the Las Vegas jail deals with inmates and how successful it's been - and it's pretty much the exact opposite of what Sheriff Joe does.
