Charisma to me is only a characteristic needed to communicate well to people. But the rise and fall of everything is leadership. And the success of every leadership depends on how many good decisions the leader has made or has to be made. Sadly, for someone to make good decisions, he has to make bad decisions and learn from it. I look at Obama as a president who had some bad decisions, and let's wait and see if he will learn from it to make good decisions afterwards. Problem is, Obama is a lawmaker and he became president at a time where USA needs somebody who must have a solid CEO background because of the economic meltdown.

Just my two cents opinion...

CHARISMA simply means: "Be more concerned about making others feel good about themselves than you are in making them feel good about you."
