Add to that the bug on Playstation 3 (first edition), which somehow made half of the machine think it's 1st of March, while the rest of it thought it was 29th of February. The advice was "turn them off until tomorrow". They started working later in the evening yesterday, I guess when the midnight line crossed Greenwich (probably uses UTC).
Someone somewhere thought leap years are the even ones which aren't divisible by four... while the rest of the team thought differently.
