Hopefully you'll notice that KU slapped K-State silly tonight. KU shot 51.0 from the field, 44% from three-point land, and 81% from the line.

By the way...on February 23, 2008, the 24-2 Jayhawks walked into Sillwater and got tripped up by the OK-State Cowboys - and then went on to cut down the nets in San Antonio about 6 weeks later.

Almost 2 years to the day, KU lost last Saturday in Stillwater against an OK-State team that is fighting for a bid. Don't be suprised if KU cuts down the nets again in six weeks when they beat 'Cuse in the national title game.

KU will likely go into the tournament as the top overall seed, because Syracuse will surely got knocked out early in the Big East tourney.
