I have a project which I can run under Visual Studio. I'm at the point of wanting to run this project, or having somebody else run this project, using my computer as the web server. The reference book I'm using says to

Open the project
Website--> Copy Website
Select all files in the "Source Web site" mover
Hit the connect box
Select the target in the resulting "Open Web Site" dialog box

Newbie dumb question..........................

What is the correct directory to use for Local IIS? Do I have to configure IIS in any way and, if so, how do I do that?
