Last time I had to reinstall Windows, I didn't really bother to reinstall everything else, because most of the software doesn't require that. Among those, Fox - I had to regsvr32 the vfp9 exe so it would make the extension associations, but other than that it works without registering.

However, to this day Object browser doesn't - when I try to add an activeX to it, it complains about reading tlb files. Obviously, something isn't registered. The error I'm getting is "Error instantiating TypeLib component. Please make sure TLI.TLIApplication is installed on your system.".

What am I missing?
