I am now in my ASP.NET class room and even the instructor cannot find the missing check boxes to "Place code in separate file", and "Select master page".

I am doing the following:

(1) File / New / Website - website is created
(2) I right-click once on the Website name and select "Add New Item..."
(3) I select Web Form (Not Web Content Form), and this is where the check boxes should be, but are not; it is the same way in VS 2008 as it is in 2010 Beta 2.

Why these check boxes have gone AWOL, I don't know, unless Microsoft did some secret updating.

>Cecil,

>Just to make sure you aren't overlooking a suttle thing. William mentioned it but you indicated a web form and he is talking about a Content form. A content form will allow you to pick a master page (if you have them) and a standard web form will not provide you that option.
