Nah - I wouldn't spoil your day

In practice the numbers are not what they seem

Daily work - ut - newsgroups (msdn is very slow anyway), there's no difference percieved

Download from a site I use almost daily 2.3 Mbs compared to 1.2 in the past
[ I cannot download faster than the site can deliver]


upload: 1200 kbs compared to 400 kbs previously
