I ran all possible virus scans lately - but it may be - my son used computer yesterday for less than an hour and the PC didn't respond twice since then and I had to re-boot. I ran onlinecare test from MS - nothing bad was found in terms of viruses and spywares.

BTW, I got some answers from the first site - the Upload speed is the same as yours, but the Download about 10 times less - wondering why.
