You would be wrong. See my reply to Dragan. Citgo is a state-owned company of Venezuela (owned by Petroleos de Venezuela). However, I think many confuse Petro Express with Citgo. Petro Express is a U.S. company that was supplied gas by Citgo (before they switched after the controversy) but is a North Carolina company not related to Citgo or Venezuela.
