The particular app that I'm working with wasn't originally designed by me (I've been assigned the task of bringing it into my framework). It uses a Top-level form when the app is really sovereign, and should (IMHO) be using _SCREEN instead. I don't have a single other app that uses a top-level form with a menu, because I believe if the app is sovereign enough to have a menu, it should using _screen. I guess this is why I haven't run into this problem until now. I think I am going to see what it takes to ditch the TLF and convert to _SCREEN.

Erik,

>>Oh, it's not GENMENU that I'm afraid of, as a matter of fact I've already played around with it some. It's heading down the wrong design path that I'm worried about.
