My concern is that we're using VFP9, but we don't want users to use new features of the report designer - we're going to run with
SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 80.

Also, we included report*.app into our installations - if we're not using VFP9 report features, we don't need to include the apps into the installation, correct?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
