If you focus on the very latest phones coming out of China and Taiwan there are more windows 6.5 (and 6.1) phones out there than Android phones at the moment. In fact, most of the new really good Chinese generics are Windows-based. Strange- this time last year the newer models were slated for Android, and now Windows dominates. Not sure what effect Win Phone 7 will have on that- some of these phones have 800MHz or faster processors that should be able to run anything.
