<g> Nope, just the VOIP phone for North America. Skype only for overseas.
BTW, had a client last year in Romania. Paid by bank transfer. My deposits coming in from The Bank of Transylvania had my little Ohio town's branch bank all abuzz <bg> ( I think we used GPhone or whatever the google thing is )
