I think that was FoxBase+. Imoved from dBase to Foxbase in 1987 <s>. Actually, FoxPro 1.0 came out in late October/early November of 1989. Dr. Dave was demonstrating it in Perrysburg earlier that year, and then it was released in the fall.
At the time, I was stunned, truly stunned, at what an awesome product FoxPro 1.0 was. I know many loved Fox 2.0, but IMO Fox 1.0 represented the single biggest quantum leap of any product in that time period. (And at the same time, Ashton-Tate released that huge piece of crap, dBase IV).
