Hi Naomi,

you don't need an extra PC for testing. All you need is VirtualPC and an image (virtual hard drive -> vhd) of XP, Vista, 7 or whatever version your have to test your app with.
For those images you do not even need a licence as there are test/demo vhd's availlable that will function for 30 or 60 days. That'll do for some testing. However, you should have enough RAM installed (2-3GB), so the virtual machine will have enough air to breathe.
