I'm having a serious senior moment this morning, as I attempt to work on 3 projects at once!?!

I have a combo box with:

myCombo.rowsource = 'All,Prospect,Live,Interviewed,Unavailable,Do Not Use'
myCombo.rowsourcetype = '1 - value'

When I load the form, and execute myCombo.value = 'All', the combo box shows no value by default. It's driving me mad as I've obviously over-looked something.
