Doesn't seem like a good idea. Perhaps I should use some replacement tool and not the Task Manager. I just saw a recommendation for this
Windows Performance Monitor, do you think if this is close to the functionality I need?
BTW, my computer was spinning cycles (I left VS 2010 running). Right now I closed it (had to kill it, actually) and it seems to be OK - prior to that the performance slowed down considerably.
I'm thinking - should I try to re-boot anyway? I have many applications running right now...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
