Cecil,

Open up a query window (click New Query) and then from the menu choose Query->Results to -> Results to File.

Now when you run a query you will be promted for a file name to save the results to.

Alternatively you can choose 'Results to Text' and then copy and paste these results into a Word Doc.

So, how do I save the text, the record numbers and the Column Names, and then paste it into a WORD DOC and then convert it to a WORD Table? Believe me, I am trying to do this, but the typical, highlight and Copy isn't working.
