I called them today. Y2KFox is by Communications Horizons, the same people who make NetLib. Get this, Y2KFox can run as a TSR. Yes, as a TSR. You don't even need the source code or have to do anything to the source. Just load the 1K TSR, then call the FoxApp..
Pricing is reasonable. $299 for a 10 user license. Saves vast amounts of boring coding and testing.
