I don't have the time to read it all, but this part should be sufficient:

 3. Distribution Restrictions.  You may not:
   * alter any copyright, trademark or patent notices in the Distributable Code

Visual Foxpro is a trademark, so it can't be altered in any way, including removed. At least that's how I understand it.
