The value of a listbox is the row number - and then the value in THE bound column in the selected row; you can't pick which column, you picked it when you decided which is the bound column.
You can have a grid which looks like a listbox, and catch a keypress of enter or a doubleclick, or which cell was selected when grid lost focus.
Or you can try to make three (nearly) borderless listboxes next to each other.
