And I don't really have a problem with NASCAR doing that if that's what everyone wants - but I do think it's foolish because of the speeds involved on some of these longer tracks. Hey if they want to bump and bend their way to a win and NASCAR is ok with it and that's what the fans want then so be it - but they better be able to protect the fans at the race from flying car parts and expect drivers to die at the hands of another driver.
