Weird but as I read this I thought it was the message I thought I posted about an hour ago. Mine must have gotten eaten (or I forgot to hit send) but yours makes exactly the point I did. If Oxy or Vicodan was available at such soft targets I'm sure the rate would be higher - and done by actual users and not just value-seeking criminals.
