What version VFP are you using? My understanding is that you should not have ANY UI with VFP5 Inprocess. I have read here where some people got it to work but not relibaly. I think I heard at Dev-Con, that MS tied VFP6 down so you can't have UI in 6. I have not tried in 6 so I maybe dreaming this part.
