Hi Tc,
I am glad you like the code in my blog entry :-)
Since I first saw your UT signature I always wanted to know the meaning of it. So a few weeks ago, on a lazy sunday afternoon, I wrote a little routine to change your binary string into readable ascii. So after decoding and a good laugh I just had to write a function that would convert ascii to binary for designing my own binary string. Since then my signature here in UT has changed, too ... ;-)
Also again many thanx to Agnes who gave away some really nice additional functions.
Well, sorry that my blog is written in german, but from my point of view, there are so many superb english/american blogs (just have a look at my blog roll), it wouldn't have made any sense to begin just another one in that language. There are a lot of german developers that who only speak or read english little or less. For those, my blog offers some info and code samples all around the fox in their home language.
Best Regards
-Tom
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
