UPDATE:
The problem is finding the label file. I fixed it by copying the .LWL file to the installed program folder and loading it directly instead of using the registry DLL to find the label folder. I don't think the 450 even uses the .LWL files but the SDK installs some them under the MS Access samples folder and nowhere else.

There is a Major Change from the 400 series and the the code that worked great for the past few years with the 400 will not work with the new 450. I registered the compatibility DLL as they said but all I get is a blank label. Now I have customers mad at me because they bought a Dymo printer like I told them to get and I can't make it work.
