[UPDATE]

The CR components were NOT there. So I copied them to the test box. Now I'm getting "The type initializer for 'crystaldecisions.crystalreports.engine.reportdocument' threw an exception".

So I downloaded & install the CR basic runtimes for VS 2008 & that did it.
