Hi Sergey -
The two users having problems have Windows XP, just as I do.
I had one user Friday evening switch to Outlook Express and her email to ME came through, although her two other emails weren't received by the recipients. That was at least somewhat promising. I suggested she do some more testing when she next works on site at that store.
I'm still wondering if Outlook itself is the problem ...
