Well, if UT had a general purpose googlelike search, then yes. The way it is, you can't combine criteria in most of the searches - when picking a member, the dialog looks only for the criteria in the textbox which had focus when you pressed enter, regardless of what was entered in other textboxes.

It's a bit hard to make an intelligent search, because it's mostly guesswork on what the user wants. But it can be done.
