IMHO, I love TFS. Using TFS in VS2008, the only issues I have with it is what happens when you work offline and then later try to merge your changes. Also if I check out a file to make changes and while I have a file checked out someone else checks out the same file and submits their changes, and then I try to submit mine, I am only given the options of discarding my local changes or forcing my changes or doing a manual merge. I would like a way to back out of that form/prompt and save my changes elsewhere before I am forced to make a decision.
Another enhancement I would like to see is the ability to see in the Solution explorer who has a file checked out. It is visible in the Source Control Explorer (if you go to the bother of manuevering to it in the tree) but not in the Solution Explorer (where frankly I typically check out from). Even with those issues, I love it. The comparison and merging options are terrific and viewing changesets, etc. I'm with Mike B on this: it is easy and it is worth the little effort it takes to be comfortable with it (which is so little it's not worth mentioning really).
