I wonder if anybody know how to set up Word Document Map to default to collapsed headings. For example, when I open a document and then click on Document Map button all Headings appear with subordinate headings. And if I have tons of the headings and subordinate headings the Document Map view is very long. What I would like is to have Word initially show me just the Headings (as if I went to all (-) and clicked on them to make them (+)). Is there such preference in Word? TIA.
