This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
Just an update in case anyone is using windows server 2003 to run executables.

The problem I had where an application would run on xt but not on windows server 2003 has been solved.

The problem was in Windows Server 2003 'Data Execution Protection' setting. I had a third party ocx called
ChadoSpellText, which is used to provide spell checking in an editbox. Win2003 apparently decided that
the ocx was a virus and was preventing execution of the module thereby crashing Foxpro. By changing
the settings within DEP in Control Panel settings, I was able to bypass the Win2003 error.

Hope this helps anyone else encountering this problem.
