Hi,

Does this happen whilst you're just working with the IDE or when you try running the app (sounds like you mean the former?)
Can you learn anything from trying the Debug option ?
I had this happen a couple of times once but I *think* it was related to a dicey connection to VSS.
You could try reducing the setting for AutoRecover (Options/Environment menu) - that might reduce the loss a changes. But I know that's not much of an answer :-{
Is this only happening with a particular solution/project ?
Don't know if it's relevant but what type of app is it - ASP.NET/Winforms/WPF ?
