Hi,

Remove FoxUser.DBF/FPT from the current directory. Also make sure that VFP runtime DLLs are not present in current dir and should be in WINDOWS\SYSTEM Or
WINNT\SYSTEM32.

If above doesn't work, Recreate SETUP using Setup wizard and reinstall it.
