Here is the precise error I still get even after using GoFish:

"CERTS_CLASSES" was the previous name of the Visual Class library. I copied it into my new project and gave it a new name. Unfortunately, it is still looking for the old Visual Class Library name.

Visual Class Library c:\dev\cmw\classes\cmw_classes.vcx has the following errors:
    Visual Class Library CERTS_CLASSES - Undefined
