I try.
I create a new thread
I press the link to found the member I like the message to be send to ("To")
I enter an ID (in this thread 1), and press [Enter] to start the search
Now I get a line with the information about the member
You have two links in this Michel and Fournier
Those both links are in some color that looks like normal text (to me). One have to look closer to see the underline.
If I move the mouse over the link the color becomes blue, indicating the link. This is named hover over a link?

It would be much clearer to have the links blue from the start
