Hi,
When I change a win xp user right of a PC from ADMINISTRATOR to USER,
when I run the application (EXE) , it prompt out a message
"The resource file is not valid. Over it with a new empty one ?"

I clik the OK button, then the application still run.

How to solve this problem ?
Please advise.
