To my defense I must say that I didn't even know that John had a daughter, so my comment was not meant exactly like it was written. Having said that, I do feel that John is hypocritical when he expresses himself about people who are in a position he has no possibility to be in himself. It's so easy to mean something based on theory, moral and religion, when reality is so different.

Hopefully I can leave this discussion now. Discussing this subject makes me feel very bad, especially since I know people who are victims of this rape I mentioned in another posting. A rape is far, far more than a few headline, a trial and a verdict, it affect the rest of many people's lives. There are no winners, only losers after a rape. I will not, I repeat I will not, let anyone make a cheap moral or religious victory from other people's misery.
