Yes, Mere Mortals (MM) has Role based Security; supports windows forms, asp.net, wpf, remote data access via WCF or traditional web services, AND the Entity Framework. For me it was just the right balance between complexity and features. Not to say Strataframe or any others are not good though as Charles has stated. He and I came from the same foxpro framework but went different ways here so they must both be good choices.
